Our Writing - Arguments

We have been learning how to to write in a persuasive way. We call this "Argument Writing". When we do a piece of argument writing, we are trying to convince the reader of our point of view of an issue. Sometimes we might not agree with what we are writing about, but because we are clever writers, we can still make it seem convincing! One form of persuasive text that we have identified, is the letters to the editor, that are quite often seen in different newspapers and magazines.
